The touch screen had an intermittant problem, I ended up retlurning it and going back to HP wihich I like. The good thing that I discovered on it was a backlit keyboard which I loved!

The only thing I don't like about this laptop, is the number keypad. I am very proficient in 10-key typing and the placement of the zero key is very irritating. Fortunately the rest of the specs of this 2-in-1 make up for the flaw.

Not exactly what I expect for the money spent on this unit probably could've done better customizing one however 2 in 1 delivers versatile use and great on the speed.

This was a replacement for a Dell laptop used in my small business and it provides all the needed space and productivity that I had with the Dell. The only issue is that a docking station is not available for the ASUS.

The computer has a great screen and very thin. Perfect for college or just surfing the web. Also runs steam games very well.

I had to buy a new laptop last minute. I was fortunate to find this laptop on sale, and the last one in store. It has all the features that my family and I need. It's durable and I love that it flips into a tablet.

Beautiful display, very thin (especially for having a DVD Drive), and extremely quick. I am also very impressed with the quality of build Asus put into this machine. I would highly recommend this quality laptop!

I like the weight, the fact that it has a cd rom. With 2 small kids, it is good to be able to trough in a DVD when you're traveling. Great picture as well.

We bought this for my wife who needed a 2 in 1 for some projects she works on. The ease of use and setup is great and it is running like a champ with lots of stuff being added and used with no problems.

Did not know what to look for exactly in a computer for my daughter going away to college. The employee was very helpful. I appreciated his honesty and advice. We chose one that has been perfect for her!

Recommended by my son 27 and by the Best Buy associate probably same age bracket. Great choice. Love the features however don't know how to use them all but I am learning. Great computer good price

Great deal when Best Buy is on sale. Only thing that I would like to more is a faster hard disk. I did upgrade the memory and hard disk to Samsung 1TB SSD drive personally and it rocks.

Purchased the product after home computer bit it. It's already been to Australia, New Zealand, and Hawaii. It's great to have everything you want in a laptop.....a little heavy though

Perfect size ,and just enough of what you need ,Good charge life ,and easy to use perfect first laptop ,and great for pre teens .

my new ASUS laptop is wonderful! I'm still learning all the features, but I really like it. I can fold it backwards and make a tablet out of it. It has great sound, a touch screen.

The headphones sound really greatI would recommend this to everyone that has a Bluetooth capability

i love the spec for this asus laptop also it is good looking and it is one of my favorite bran, but there was one thing that it was not acceptable for me. - I could hear the ticking or clicking noise from the hard drive every second - no way. so i came back two some more stores to see if it is for just this one or all of them.. . all of them had a same chlicking noise. so i return it, it gave me very bad feel.

A lot more proecessing power and storage power than I tought that I would get for the price Easy setup. I bought 2 for my Daughter (college student) and for me (college teacher)
