Running Malware Bytes & Windows Defender yieled no succesful removal. Also, the speakers had an issue with music or videos letting out an occasioal "crackle". The monitor itself was gorgeous, with no issues.

Have tried everything and even called the Geek Squad to no avail. Thinking I'm just going to have to go out and buy extra speakers for it . Considering what I paid you would think I could get a little more volume.

The wireless keyboard has some problems. Sometimes it repeats the same character, sometimes they do not appear. I was considering to replace the keyboard for another.
