Easy set up - service verry imformative - verry happy with purchase

Hard drive gone!!! 2 months after warranty ran out!

I have only had this computer about 5 weeks, but have been very pleased with its performance to date.

Awesome computer for anyone that spends lots of time on their computer..

The computer is what I expected and the sales reps is very nice and knowledgeable.

This is a great size. Very easy to set up and start using.

I am an ASUS an so I know I am biased,but this being my first AIO I was nervous..didn't see how it could have the needed power to play the games and do the things I wanted to do...I was surprised by how quick this machine is...I wanted so bad to keep it,but I heard a dedicated graphics card calling my name...I already have an ASUS gaming 17" laptop and know it's the bomb,so I wanted something similar to that. At the store I was told they don't carry the I-7 Cores and higher build stuff instore anymore that it had to be ordered so, thinking I could live with it I bought this one and liked it..I just needed a few more kicks...So I had to return it and ordered the MSI AG24.. If I had more choices I would have liked this one better,and it is great for someone who isn't doing a lot of graphic heavy work...

The only thing is that I don't know what the round object is!

Took a year deciding what my next computer would be and I love it!! Plenty of hard drive and quick processing speed. Could not be happier with my purchase!

At first I was let down by the sound until the speakers and subwoofer broker in with a few hours of use. Out of the box, give the sound system some time to break in.

I have had the computer for about 11 months. The computer started to crash. It was having memory loss problems. I made several calls to ASUS for troubleshooting. Nothing fixed the computer, so ASUS told me to take the computer to Best Buy for them to send the computer back. The guy behind the counter at geek squad treated me like an idiot. I told him what all I had been through and he said he would plug it in anyway and take a look. Sure enough the computer crashed due to memory loss. He said " I guess you were right." No kidding. He said that best buy would fix it. They would send it to Best Buy's center to fix it. That was 19 days ago. Just got another call tonight saying that Best Buy couldn't fix it and that it needed to be sent to ASUS to be fixed. I asked the best buy customer service rep for ASUS's direct number. Of course he didn't have it. He said "I will call you back with it." I asked him for his number in case they didn't call back and he said " I can't give my direct number out." Of course he hasn't called back. So now I have to make another trip to best buy to find out what is going on. I would stay away from ASUS and Geek Squad.

This has been happening ever since I purchased.. Trying again to find a fix....

Got this system for my mother who lives in Nebraska for Christmas, I live in California, got it home set it all up for her before I shipped it out, let it set for 4 days no problems, she gets it, work for less then 24 hrs takes a dump and never works again
