I mean it's way better then the what you get from the internet provider plus you save on modem fees they charge. Overall I would recommend easy to set up and works good.

Our house was a black hole for internet connectivity. Constant dropping; slow speeds. Already bought a booster and still didn't work. So talked to really great guy at Best Buy who gave me all the options and I went with his recommendations. Cost a little more than I had intended but I got what I paid for last time and that didn't go so well. Pay more and getting what I wanted was well worth it. No drops; great speed throughout the house.

Easy hook-up, it is a reliable router but was short of the range I waqs looking for.

I really like is easy to install fast had tried others but they were not as fast as saying recommend

Bought this router hoping to solve dead zone problems in an 1850 square foot house. Wow...did it ever! Unless you are really tech savvy, would recommend that you pay the Geek Squad to install it for you. Installation was completed in record time where it would have taken many hours to do it on my own. My only regret is that I didn't do this long ago which would have eliminated countless gripes and frustrations

Was using a T-Mobile personal cellspot which is basically an earlier version of this router. Wanted something where I could upgrade firmware to latest version so upgraded to this and retired the old router. Works great, though when I attempt to use old router as a Mesh node would occasionally lose internet connection at least once a day. Signal on this one reaches the entire house so I just gave up on using Mesh and only use this new router. Parental controls are nice in that I can limit use to certain times and also by mac address.

Nice router that can handle higher speeds. Good coverage in the house.

The ASUS AC Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router was so easy to set up and well worth the cost. We had purchased the NetGear Nighthawk at first, tried to set it up - it didn't work. We took it back and bought another one, thinking that maybe it was a damaged device, set it up and it still did not work. We returned it and bought the ASUS - works like a charm and we've not had any problems!

had an all in one modem router from time warner cable. after multiple visits from them and eventually them giving me an upgraded combo that was for their "100mb" service in NYC???? didnt fix the problem of the dead spots in my house. I purchased one of these router and now i have the same speeds throughout my entire house without and problems. asus makes great products, but their CS can be a bit sketchy at times.

Great Router for an apartment. Great signal without the need of an expander. Easy to set up

Had another router used as an access point and bought this because my main router was iMess compatible. Now I used this new one as the primary router. Great seamless coverage for our 3000 square foot home. Needed some help changing settings in the old router and ASUS support came to the rescue as they have for several years when I arrive needed to make changes.

Works fast and very well. Very good coverage. (2 story hm + basement).

I got this to replace the one from the cable company. It was easy to set up, just follow the instructions provided. My signal is great. No complaints at all.
