Prior modem (different brand) was 3 years old, was having major issues - found this one on sale & had good reviews. Very easy set up with good options. Now a few months later - no issues & consistent connectivity. Perfect!!

Router is super strong and highly recommend for gaming uses

Really enjoy the performance of our ASUS AC Dual-Band Wi-Fi. It is the best Wi-Fi I have ever owned and had no problems in getting it to service every room of the house.

Prefect wi-fi router for living quarters handles my needs.

Very good and high quality for home use and small business

I was looking for a dual band router that could support my new internet speeds of 115Mbps because my very old router maxed out at 40Mbps and was getting bogged down. This router did the job and works great for streaming Netflix while listening to Pandora and playing Destiny 2 on ps4. I would recommend to a friend.

Easy setup and working fine no loosing wifi signal at all

Had too many wireless things on old router with multiple game systems, tablets and smartphones running all at same time. This router handles everything my family has pretty easily only down side is I had to wire my tv directly because it wouldn't find the router.

Have had it over Two years now and still running strong!! Was a bit more then I wanted to pay at the time, but was well worth it Two years down the line and no problems..........

my Internet and wifi seem to have a much stronger signal

Old router was overwhelmed and kept dropping out when it got overloaded. This with a stand-alone modem have been fantastic for streaming and using 2 phones, 1 iPad, 2 laptops, and 2 Rokus all at once

I have a ASUS router right now and needed one for our winter location so bought this one for our home and moved the other one to our winter location. Is working great and like both of my ASUS routers.

The tech showed me several options when I needed a new wireless router, then she recommended this model for the size of house I have, the last time I purchased one no one mentioned you had to buy one for a size of home. I am pleased with my purchase and glad I found a tech that knew something about wireless routers.

I am extremely happy with the performance. Also asus has an app to control features from my phone. The only thing I would like added is a filter for content going through, to protect my kids. Other than that it's awesome!

Purchased router to replace existing one which failed. Router price was discounted which helped make the sale. Router was reasonable easy to install since a Cd was included along with other instructions.

I love it. I am a bit of a networking nerd, and even though I've been a fan of Asus for more than a decade now, this is the first Asus router I've ever bought (traditionally a Netgear loyalist). But it works great, it's good for the money. I was hoping it would have MU-MIMO which Asus seems slower than alternative routers to include, but I don't have anything that can take advantage of that yet, and it doesn't seem like that technology is being adopted very rapidly anyway, so I opted for the more powerful processor over the MU-MIMO technology, and I think that was worth it. One of the best bang-for-the-buck routers on the market, and great for people who do gaming or other high-end uses.

WiFi throughout my entire house, 1700 sq ft. Love it.
