My review would have been higher if the installation software had not had a problem with my web browser. When I changed browsers, the installation process worked seamlessly.

Bad customer service makes equipment suddenly, magically turn into a overpriced paperweight. But fortunately, Best Buy has a Geek Squad, who REALLY know their stuff. No joke. He was not there long, but fixed everything. Since then, the router has worked great.

Fixed my issues

(Alexa, laptops, phones, Xbox, blu-ray player etc.) It would work and it wouldn't. Finally got fed up, read reviews and CNET's specific rating of this and decided to buy it. IMMEDIATELY solved all device issues! Worth every cent IMO.
