Asus router was much easier to set up and more user friendly than the previous router we were using.

Bought because the router from at&t was very inconsistent with wireless broadband. It would go from fast to slow and never consistent. Purchased this in Hope's to fix the problem. Install was a breeze and my wireless internet works like a dream. No more fluctuations.

Bought this to replace the centurylink default modem. For gigabit fiber connection. There’s no sense paying $10/month for inferior hardware. Now, I have more control over my network and more than enough power from the router to drive bandwidth to 6 devices, TV and Sonos. Go get some!

Was looking to extend my home Wi-Fi, looked at range extenders, then started having trouble with internet. Ended up getting a new modem from my internet provider, so I decided to buy a new router too. Was able to get everything connected wirelessly, which makes it easy when I am sitting outside.

This router seems to have better signal range than my last router possibly due to the external antennae. This router is highly customizable if you want it to be or you can just keep it simple with the default settings. Some of the navigation menus seem a little redundant and counter-intuitive though, making it hard to find the settings for some features.

My network was down due to a router. I needed a new one. I could have bought a cheaper one, but I am planning for some expansion of devices and bandwidth, so I upgraded. Quick and easy set-up. I was up and running in a mater of 15 minutes, keeping SSID and passwords the same.

I bought this router to replace my old D-Link gaming router at home, what a difference. I can instantly feel the smooth connection through out my home and more stable connection with less drop. And I can connect my printer and share it to all my PC and Mac computers. So far so good with zero issue.

This wireless router may be pricey for some, but it puts out a strong uninterrupted signal. My home for example is a townhouse with basement ground level and upstairs. The router is located in one of my upstairs bedrooms that I made my office and I still get perfect signal in my basement

Our house is 4100 sq feet. It works well on the first floor but when we go upstairs it slows down and doesn’t cover some spots.

Decided to get my own router to stop using the cable companies equipment. We have a 2000sq ft house and it covers the whole house. Basement and up stairs. I like that I can turn the wifi off on certain devices when I need to.

Have had a few routers through the years and this one of the best that I have owned. Sales associate knew the differences and patiently explained them to me between all the brands. When he got to know my needs, he recommended this one and why it was the one that would fit my need.

This router has really helped to receive speed up my computer in areas further from the modem.

Had all the bells and whistles that I needed but I just couldn't get it to ingest and push out my USB NetStick signal. It stated that it could do it, but after a few hours dealing with it, I decided it wasn't what I was looking for and returned it.

this router allows us to max all connections no matter what. we get 300+ mbps and old router "bottle-necked" speeds way down, sometimes to less than 1%. this router runs 5 or more devices simultaneously at speeds greater than 30+ mbps to all devices ...at the same time, all day, every day.

Purchased this unit so I could add it as an additional AiMesh node to my existing AC1900 unit. Worked flawlessly after updating to the latest firmware. Now I get signal clear into my yard which is great when doing housework and streaming music through my phone.

Bought this and the arris modem.. much better and much faster than the Comcast equipment
