I bought this router as an additional node in my Asus mesh network. It works great and has increased the strength of my network significantly.

This was recommended by my internet provider to replace my older one because of dropped service. The unit works good but my internet still occasionally drops. I don’t understand these kinda things anyway.

This product works great. After umteen years of paying a rental fee I decided to purchase my own and the people at Best Buy helped me in choosing the right equiptment.

You can tether your phone straight to the router instead of using a computer. It also has two different signals so it's like having two routers in one.

with up to 6 devices using the wi-fi signal in the home, someone was always losing their connection. Have not had any lost connections with this router.

This router offers great range of signal for its size. The web interface (webpage) of the router is really and offers many great tools for basic networking.

Bought this and flashed asus-wrt merlin firmware. Thing works great and has good wifi coverage and bandwidth. Tons and tons of features with the new firmware.

Had our old router for about 5 years and knew it was time for an upgrade Best Buy helpers at fargo got us the best bang for our buck

Love the look of this router. Because it stands up it takes up less space on a shelf and looks very nice. Runs great. No issues so far.

Bought to replace one I lost in a house fire. Old one was 3 years old and never gave issues. Looking forward to using this one

Recommended by my go to guy at Best Buy. Older wifi was getting very slow due to numerous connections. This ASUS did the trick exceptionally well.

Have numerous wi-fi devices in use at the house and someone was always losing their connection. The new router has not dropped a connection once.

I purchased this unit to replace a Netgear unit that died. Everything is great about this router except the wireless connection speed is slow. All cell phones and wireless computers get around 35 Mb/s on a UVerse WAN speed of 75 Mb/s internet connection. A laptop connected to the hardware port on the router gets around 73 Mb/s using speedtest. When disconnecting the hardware port and using the wireless 5g connection, it gets 35 Mb/s. Although for my purposes, this will work, A router in this price range should be able to handle higher rates. A factory reset and a firmware update did not alleviate this issue.

Not as easy to set up as expected, but overall with help of internet provider, all went well. Device working well. Download speeds better than expected.

This router works every bit as well as has been reported in a number of reviews, and the setup was very straightforward through the good user interface.

This was the best fit for our family. There are 8 of us and 4 rooms. This was the best rounder to fit our large family for the best internet connection.

Was having trouble getting the coverage I needed in my house... this gave me the range I needed with no loss of speed. Definitely a great investment for a good price
