It took a long time to get right connection. Samsung printer works for two days with EZ printer sharing and two days with LPR and can not be connected with computers anymore.

This router failed...after install it deleted itself...geek squad had to come back out and reinstall, lasted for two weeks and then total failure. When paying almost $200 for a router I expect superior quality and performance. This was terrible...returned and went back to using a $50 Belmont router...perfect, no issues, and easy setup. Don’t waste your time or money w this expensive piece of trash.

I bought an Asus laptop from bestbuy a few years ago and it works like a champ. However, when I purchased this router, looking to increase my output since we have several devices at use at one time, I was extremely disappointed. I work at home and have three active laptops. Each and every time I use the internet on my laptops (all different makes and models) the internet keeps getting dropped. I never had that problem with my Netgear router. I will never purchase this product again.

Bad performance and range

The fiberoptic signal is working, and direct connection to the fiber works with no interruption. However, the wireless network disconnects the computers and cellphones and loses the internet connection intermittently. Connector cords have been checked and the problem has been isolated to the router. Since I purchased a warranty, I am packing the item to return it.

Called ASUS help line and after all the try this and that they determined it was a bad router. So took it back to Best Buy. No problem exchanging. Installed the next one ASUS same model. This time it took only 2 days to malfunction. Again called ASUS help line and again was told router was bad. So took it back and got a Netgear one. It works great.
