Works very well and easy to set up. I have not set up everything yet but I foresee no issues...

I was looking for a decent router that can handle a gigabit connection and decent speeds via wifi. I have several smart devices in my house, and we do a lot of streaming. This router can handle my 1GB on my hardwired devices without issues, and on wifi 5G band I can get about 400-500 down about 20-30 feet through several walls. The router has excellent range, and I highly recommend it.

This router works great I just wish it had a bit more range while in a detached garage signal wont reach very well. In the house its awesome.

This router works great for a 2 story home. Increases WiFi.

The signal is very strong on this. We just have a little more tweaking to do to get it as far as we'd like it to go.

I was looking for the good one to replace my old one and found this good router at Bestbuy. It is listed as one of the best routers. I purchased and installed by myself. It took me about 30min to get done and we are happy with our wifi range at home now.

DO NOT BUY THIS ROUTER it only has a 90 day warranty! Purchase the RT-AC68U instead it's the same as the AC1900 but with a 2 year warranty. Used my AC1900 or RT-AC68P for about 14 months when it started dropping the internet I worked with ASUS service we could not resolve the problems so I tried to get a RMA to have the Router repaired I received an e-mail informing me the unit has 90 day warranty. NOT HAPPY

Router signal in my 2 story home had started to slow. I have a nearly 10 year old Lynksis WRT120N router- still working fine. After reading all the glowing reviews I thought this router would be a vast improvement in wifi signal range. Alas, after plugging it in and testing signal strength throughout my house with Android phone WiFiman app (free wifi analyzer) I found that the signal of my old router was slightly better on both the 2.4Hz and 5GHz range. This was really surprising. Maybe I received a bad router? Maybe I didn't mess with the settings enough? Maybe older routers were just build better? I don't know the answer, but I'm planning on returning this router unless someone has a suggestion of what may have gone wrong to prove its better.

Replaced my Netgear router/modem combo with this and a surfboard... my wifi data rate is now just as fast as my wired rate! More than tripled my wifi data transfer rate... I could not be happier.

I purchased this router more than 6 months ago and its been given me trouble since than. 2 months after my purchase the router wifi started having issues with connecting to internet. After unsuccessful attempt with the Asus customer support, I returned it and got a new one. The router intermittently stops broadcasting internet connectivity and had to rebooted. Often reboot takes an overnight cycle for the router to be fully working.Some devices works fine and others cannot connect to internet. its been frustrating experience with this router.

All the asus routers I ever have are pretty solid. I would definitely recoomend

I replaced my old ASUS 68u with this one and have not looked back. This router is great!

This asus router was awesome for 14 months. Then the wifi quit working Intermittently. Ive swithced out all cables and have reset back to factory settings and still the wifi is dropping devices. The firmware has been updated to the latest as well. Unfortunatly the warranty has expired now. I really expected more from ASUS. I'll be swithcing to the latest linksys has to offer in the next day or so.

I had it for 2 months and it worked great. When it quit I contacted ASUS support. 2 months later and after a lot of testing, downloading, reloading and wasting my time, today I received an RMA to have my unit returned and supposedly repaired with an estimated additional 3 week turnaround (no, they won't send me another one to swap because I had it for 2 months.) They claim a 2 year warranty but 4 months in, mine has only worked for 2 months. Simply put, buy another brand.

Bought this model 2 weeks ago. Since, I have spent an incredible amount of time trying, through their tech-support and "engineers", to get it to work and it keeps dropping the signal, having to reset it manually both in the computer and the router, and when available, it is short lived and will not go over download speeds of 15-20 Mbps (Wifi). When hardwired, it pushes just over 100 Mbps!!! Tested every single channel (all 11), tried the 2.5 and 5g Bands, normal, aggressive mode, factory resting it over 12 times (every tech wanted to do it at least once or twice! 20/40 MHz , 40 MHz & simply nothing worked!
