It gets really old having to call them and tweak it over and over and over again just to try and get coverage. I went to a different simple cheaper router, it did a great job and I don't have to call them constantly to tweak it. This is just not worth it.. I had to hardwire my TV that was in the next room to be able to do movies. my cable bill says that we have a really fast speed so that is not the problem. This router really just kind of sucks

Please allow us to make your experience with ASUS a better one. We would recommend that you try changing the channel bandwidth of each band of 2.4 GHz to 20 MHz, and for 5GHz please select 60MHz. Test each of the channels first for improved stability. You can also do the speed test for each. It took awhile, but I finally got a replacement from Asus through an RMA. My main complaint out of all this whole ordeal was the inconvenience of having to set it up again.
