I used it for about 6-8 months without realizing that my bandwidth was limited by this router. I have a 250 Mbps conneciton, but I never got more than 120Mbps, when using this. Also, sometimes it will just randomly reset. There was also an issue that even though the product publicized 2.4 GHz and 5GHz channel, the 2.4 GHz channel stopped working after 2 months..... I replaced it by a mesh router which gives me about 300 Mbps bandwidth everywhere in my home. Unfortunately, I realized the router being bad late and cannot return it.....

This model undergoes intensive quality control testing and final inspection for both hardware and software. ASUS provides a warranty for the unit in order to fix or repair any isolated issue. This information will be passed on to our development team. Please allow us to make your experience better. We are recommending to complete a hard reset on the router.
1. Turn the router power off.
2. Press and hold the "WPS" button and turn the router on.
3. Power light is on (keep holding the WPS button).
4. Power light starts flashing for about 5 seconds.
5. Keep holding until the power light stops flashing and the router will automatically reboot.
