We have used this router for a few weeks and we are very pleased with it.

Top of the line router with blazing fast speed. I pay for 200 mbps internet speed and have reached way above that with this router, as high as 230 mbps! And this is on the 6th floor of a crowded apartment building with lots of interference and overcrowded channels. Absolutely no buffering while streaming my shows and movies and no dead spots anywhere in the apartment.

Very easy to install and overall a great improvement of my wifi coverage and speed.

After using other brands in the past and only getting about 12-18 months of use from them before they started to cut out or drop signal and need to be reset I switched to an Asus router. The first one I bought lasted for about 4 years so when it was time to get a new one the choice was clear for me. My biggest decision was between this model or the tri-band, I chose this one because all TV's and game systems in our house are hard wired, so didn't feel I needed the extra channel to handle the workload of a few laptops/tablets and cell phones. This unit was easy to set up and provides great coverage in our house, which is a ranch style with approx 1800 sq ft on main floor. The unit is located near a front corner of the main floor and it provides a full signal while in opposite corner in the basement.

Using this as an access point for ASUS 5300. Great spread and coverage.

Having multiple teenagers And so many devices, this router is awesome! Helped with not getting kicked off steaming when everyone in the house is online at the same time. Gave back the potential and speed From our provider. Would buy again

WAS a great router. Fast, easy to use, easy to setup and control. But, it died after 21 months. Both 2.4 and 5 GHz antennas went out one morning, then later that afternoon even the LAN ports wouldn't work. One day it was fine, the next it was dead, just like that. Had Geek Squad protection, so Best Buy replaced it with no hassle. Thanks, Best Buy! So, had to give 3 stars: GREAT speed and ease of use, but sure did not last long. Upgraded to ASUS AC5400, much better router so far.

The salesman helped me pick it out. I wanted a wi-if router that had all the latest technology so it wouldn't be obsolete in a year. Also my wife works from home and needs speed and range so she can work inside or outside our house.

Easy set up and has great range. We have no dead spots in the house.

This is the best router I've owned. Set up was easy. It has great range, and it's really fast. My network performance greatly increased. I was admittingly way overdue for an upgrade. Especially since I'm an IT professional and computer nerd.

Easy setup, detailed controls available online, beam forming allows for large bandwidth items to take priority, excellent security options. My house, with basement, is about 3000 and this provides excellent coverage from a central location.

So far working good, after initial setup it dropped connection, had to reboot. Now its good. It automatically blocked certain site saying it had malware. I liked this feature. Earlier router allowed me to visit the same website. But this blocked it. Parental control is very good, I am using it. Another reason that i bought this.

We live in a four bedroom townhouse. We use multiple tablets, phones, gadgets and always stream movies from Vudu and Netflix. Was irritated after adding a WiFi booster that didn’t help but all of the issues are now gone! No more stalling/refreshing while watching 4K movies! This is a must have product.
