ASUS is a really good product especially if you want to creat your own AIMesh this is a go to product. I debate to install ubiquiti products but they don’t play nice with control 4. This product plus my blue caves create a reliable mesh speeds up to 298 mbps keep in mind the area I’m in doesn’t have Fios or fiber still fast

I have had many wireless routers in my day and do residential low voltage/IT work for a living. I bought this router for my new home and this is by far the best wireless router I have ever had the pleasure of using. It is rated for coverage of up to 5,000 sq feet for good reason! I get 90% coverage on all wireless devices in every spot of my 2 story, 3,000 sq foot house.

Do to the lagging in speed and cut offs resulting from outdated router syndrom. I decided to upgrade. so glad I chose the ASUS - AC3100 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router. not only did it keep pace with the old Samsung tv., it throttled up to match the performance of my new LG OlED, T.V. thanks B.B. for keeping up with the times!!!

Literally the easiest router I've ever setup. The Asus app makes it easy to control the router without having to get on a computer. Was coming from a n600 lynksis unit. The upload and download speeds used to drop out when streaming Netflix or playing xbox online but with the Asus router it never drops even with 2 xbox ones and a 4k streaming on the same network

replaced a modem/router combo. easy setup, provides 2G and 5G. have 1800 square feet first floor and a basement 1600 SqFt. have signal everywhere.. not a gammer but over time have acquired 12 devices needing wifi. plan to add more with a security system hopefully will handle.

Best router I've had. So much better then netgears r9000. My nest cameras outdoor never drop anymore and I'm on high quality now.

After years of using small lynksys routers, which worked very well for a long time, it was time to replace our router with something that better met our needs. This router provides a solid, uninterrupted, signal for three televisions (Netflix,etc) as well as connections to multiple handheld devices (phones, tablets, laptops) all at once in a 1500 sq ft home.

I had a need for a router to reach a large area and read all of the online reviews before purchasing this one,. Everything I read was true. Technical support at ASUS is absolutely terrible, however once I installed the second one purchased, (technical support told me I had a defective one so needed to exchange it) it works well.

I have enjoyed having the extended range of Wi-Fi service in my home and not having the connection suffer with greater distance from the router.

This router is one of the best investments I've made in a long time. It's more than capable of handling everything my network can throw at it.

Rock solid good app to assist and good speed and great range

Wonderful piece of equipment i upgraded to recently. Can handle quite a bit of load on wireless. Using some Ai Mesh features and working alrightl, no more dead spots in my home. Extremely fast and no issues so far. Glad the updates are coming in often since I got it.

I have used Asus routers in the past and upgraded to this one to get wireless AC. Love the Asus features such as Dual-WAN, multiple guest SSIDs, and the frequent firmware upgrades. Range is very good and covers my entire home. Faithful to the Asus brand!
