I had to replace my home net router quickly and this one filled the bill. Easy to set up. No issues. It seems to have a bit less power than my old router judging by the reception indicator but I've had no trouble on line wherever I've been in my home net area. Streams very smoothly.

I upgraded to gig net from xfinity and didn’t want to rent their equipment so I purchased this and it had been an outstanding decision thus far. Easy setup and for the most part I get signal everything in my house.

This router solved many of my home wifi problems. It has more range and is more stable than previous Asus routers while still having the good Asus interface. I no longer need extenders to cover my whole house. Well worth the money.

Our internet connection just wasn't cutting it throughout our two bedroom apartment. Now that we have switched to this we get strong signal throughout the whole apartment! Husband games and has an Xbox one and PS3 connected as well am two detox, two laptops, two phones and iPad. And a guess hava had no issue connecting. A

The Asus - Ac3100 Dual-band Wi-fi Router - has been a great router from the moment we installed it in our house. We have a large 2-story home and this router has given us flawless performance from day one, on all floors, and in all rooms of the house. We used it for a month. Completely satisfied with our purchase!

I got this after having three DOA nighthawk routers. This is only Dual band but it outperforms my old router. This is only used for 5ghz gaming and Netflix on the 2.5 so there isn’t a lot of traffic. I will say make sure you update the firmware or else it causes issues with the 5ghz band.

5 months plus and still working like a charm. I can get great 5G signal all over my apartment, even outside! Breeze to setup. I teach online and need high speeds and reliability in my connection, this has dropped my internet problems to 0 (discounting any issues with my provider). So happy with this router.

I had to unplug one wifi and hook up another to get reach all of my house....now one wifi does it all. YES!

Originally bought a linxys router. I wa having some connectivity issues. Night this one and have no issues.

I had a netgear nighthawk, and I never could get it working correctly (i.e. dropped signal, slowed speeds). Decided to switch to the Asus and it hasn't given me a problem since. Super fast (i.e. get the speed I am subscribed for) and no more dropped signals. Also, the UI is much more friendly than the netgear one.

Must be great because my kids hate it. Really like the parental controls. Turn off kids WiFi at a set time. And the content filter is a plus. Signal is strong. Speeds are good. Running multiple netflix, Hulu, iPhones, androids, very seldom see any significant lag time.

In the house I get full signal strength 4ghz, in all rooms. Outside 200ft away I still get half signal on the 2.4ghz band, This one has A.I mesh, to extend to the barn house , a future upgrade. It was very easy to hook up, nice graphical user interface to. A must for a big house.
