I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to boost their wifi signal.

I own one it works great. i would tell all my friends to buy one.

I only game on my phone, but haven’t had any problems with this router. I run multiple devices at a time, including streaming movies. Never had a problem. Setup was super easy.

This router has been awesome! Living in a larger house with 6 people and it keep up with every beat! Even use it for Wifi in our garage reaching about 60 yards from the router just fine!

I was able to set up the router with directions that were easy to follow. I was ready to use the Internet quickly and would recommend this router. The wifi range is great in my house now. No complaints and we use a lot of devices.

It works well and signal strength is amazing. I did have to restart it a few times because it dropped the WiFi service in the house. Other than the one con it’s a great router.

The router has a boat load of features but it doesn't deliver the wireless speeds I was seeking. I signed up a 1Gb service through my fiber optic ISP so I needed a router to match up to it. I changed all my Cat 5 cables and switches to Gb service. So on the 5GHz band I get maybe 180Mbps. On 2.4GHz band I get maybe 100Mbps. Wired I get much more, like around 500Mbps down and 950 Mbps up. My proximity to the router is close and unobstructed by walls or other electronic services. Disappointing. I am considering going back to my Apple Airport Extreme which is a much more basic router but with similar results.

This is my favorite router to install... They are very stable and easy to customize to meet your needs. If someone asks me to get them a router and price isn't an issue they will end up with one of these on their desk

Having a single story home it's a stretch from our router to the bedrooms. We previously had two routers and used one as an extender. With this router there is no need for that. Reaches everywhere without having to buy more powerful antennas.

This router gets the job done! Allowed for professional configuration which is nice. Allows you to create a guest network which is super great! Streams well over 5 GHz as expected. Works well on 2 GHz.

Very happy with this purchase. No more issues with streaming movies online.

This unit replaced my 4-year-old Asus. This was much easier to install and it nearly doubled the internet speed over my old one. I check speed test and get a consistent 225 M/sec download speed.

I was having problems getting a signal when I was downstairs in the living room and my router was upstairs in the great room. They are in opposite corners of the house. Since I bought this router, I haven't had any problems with the signal.

The router significantly improved poor buffering from my apple router and the range is immense for a 2500 square foot house. Over 15 connected devices and no lag anywhere. Great router and even better interface on the smartphone or tablet.

This router was purchased hoping to boost our Comcast internet speed. The old speed was 5 to 10 Mbps and with the new router our speed was instantly boosted to 125 Mbps, wow what an increase. I would highly recommend this router to anyone.

Too many devices connected tiny old router was really slowing things down. Picked up this unit upon a recommendation and everything is doing well. Would recommend this unit if you are are in need of a new router

I bought this after my RC-AC87U died a wierd death, could never restore it from emergency bootloader. The signal is not so great in comparision, but it is a good router and I utilized BB recycle progam to save 15% off , It was painless and saved some cash. I ended up purchasing a second refurb unit to use as an accesspoint from another retailer. Its worked out great, and while I dont get great signal from my FROG upstairs, (Thats finished room over garage) in the south, I do get max bars all over the downstairs level. The wireless is so good now , i upgraded 2 laptops to AC wireless internal cards. Both a samsung and lenovo. Very pleased now and run the asus-merlin branch of Asus WRT software. Love the asus app for management as well.

I like Asus routers. This one is no exception. Can't go wrong.
