Not up to daily tasks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great at first, then firmware update caused printer connectivity to be sporadic and iffy. I could watch it go on and offline like a switch being turned on and off. Called tech support and 1:45 min later and after the numerous obligatory reboots and resets, no solution. I was promised an escalation of support and a email with instructions within 24-48 hours. Didn't happen. I called after 72hrs. and asked to speak with a tech supervisor and was told I would get a return call with no time line. I then spent another 30 min on phone with a support tech until she got frustrated and gave up. I can't deal with a company that takes this long to find a solution to issues with their products. I will be returning this paperweight to store. There is also a horrible language barrier to boot with cust. support. Steer clear!!!!
