I like the Asus interface

However I have added probably 20 more devices in my home and just wanted more memory in router. There was no wow factor with the new router compared to the old unit. However it is a solid router. I had this in operation for about a month now. I stream audio and video constantly.

Bandwidth is great, 5ghz range limited

Only issue was not having an option during initial install to configure router as access point. Bandwidth on all devices is great. We are cable cutters and we have had no issues with streaming simultaneously across 3+ devices. 5ghz range is limited, but reaches most areas in a very large house. Overall we've had this router in place for over a month with no issues.

Does all I asked for. A bit quirky though!

Gives me good video streams, far superior to my last Asus (RT-AC68R)…. very few "gitters" at relatively high fps. Internet portion works well. I have this unit set as an Aimesh Router, and the 68R as a node. All in all good router.

Asus best routers iv tried them all

Use my old asus 68u as a range extender. I have burned so many netgears. Big family we do it all, streaming, wifi phones. Wifi calling, pc gaming, xbox gaming. It's the best.
