The only way I could operate it was with a mouse. It came faulty from the factory. I took it back to Best Buy and replaced it with an ACER. Best buy was very helpful, giving my money back and helping me replace it. Good service but a bad faulty computer.

If anyone is wondering if any older Wacom model works on it, it does!! And it doesn’t crash or overheat from being on art programs for long periods of time so that’s a win.^_^

Purchased Sept 2024 and currently Feb 2025. No complaints and gets the job done. Nothing to fancy but for online courses works very well for my spouse. Would recommend for entry level college classes.

I tried adjust the display settings and inverting the colors was the only way I could look at the screen and clearly see what I was reading. The form factor, however, is great and I could see this being a solid alternative to an iPad for a traveler who wants a machine that can get beat up.
