However, I cannot use it for any of my school programs. Chromebook is very restricting and I wasnt aware of this. This was my first chromebook purchase and I am sad that I cannot use it for school. Otherwise I liked the computer but I need a laptop for school.

It does support thousands of popular computing applications, both in Chrome and Android, and Linux applications as well. You can check if your school program is available at the Google Play Store. If not, you can run the programs from a web browser. If this is your first experience with a Chromebook, I recommend using the HELP file incorporated within the OS. To access HELP, please click your profile picture on the Notification Bar, located on the lower right-hand corner of the Home screen then click the question mark icon or widget. As an average consumer who uses a laptop for work, browsing, streaming, and a bit of light gaming, here's what I think about this Chromebook. ### Design and Build First off, the design is sleek and modern. The Chromebook CM1402 has a sturdy feel to it, despite being quite lightweight. It’s easy to carry around, whether I'm moving from room to room at home or taking it to a coffee shop. The metallic finish gives it a premium look, and the hinge feels robust, which is always a good sign for longevity. ### Display The 14-inch display is one of my favorite features. The Full HD resolution ensures that everything looks sharp, whether I'm watching Netflix, working on a Google Doc, or browsing the web. The colors are vibrant, and the brightness is adequate for most lighting conditions. However, it can be a bit reflective outdoors, so it's not perfect for sunny days in the park. ### Performance Performance-wise, the ASUS Chromebook CM1402 handles everyday tasks with ease.
