I didn't think I would ever buy a Chromebook but finally have given in...And I'm so glad I made this purchase! I wanted a low cost secondary device to my more powerful desktop PC and this is it...This is the perfect device to do all things internet and where you do not need a high powered computer, and a device that can be left on all the time..For emails, browsing, online shopping, watching YouTube videos, researching, etc, this does all these things well and very speedily, And that's all it needs to do, nothing more and nothing less! It is well packaged and well built...I feel that the 14" non glare screen is the perfect size for a laptop. I love the long lasting battery as I can easily move this around the house as if it were a big cellphone. Another feature I like is the MicroSD card slot for storage...I would recommend this for anyone who does business online and for students as well. This has to be one of the best purchases I've made and to me this is Chromebook perfection!

First my package arrived on time and in good condition. Second ... I'm a senior citizen who stuck with cable way too long! I can't believe I waited so long to get a Smart TV! I was worried I wouldn't be able to understand how to operate it. This Smart TV is the best thing! It is so very easy to understand and operate Best of all, no more hundreds a month for cable! This Smart TV had already paid for itself in the first month's savings in the cable bill

The computer runs really fast and it is able to have a lot of tabs open on it. Very easy accessible computer. I love how much work I can get done on it. The battery doesn’t die quick either. It can be used all day

This laptop computer has been great for me. I like the big screen and it’s very easy to operate. Very sturdy and it travels well. I use it primarily for work, but it would be a great school computer as well as a great computer for games and movies.

Excellent for the price! I wanted a personal laptop to use instead of using my work laptop. This laptop was easy to set up and use right away. It reads the text to me and has a longer battery life than my work laptop. I mainly use it to type documents on and use the internet. Easy to use if you are not tech savvy

Great Chromebook for the money. Easy set up and works well for basic use. I like the privacy shutter on the camera screen. It's definiately better than my 2021 model this is a 2024 release . I'm happy customer. I'd recommend this to everybody. Thank you Best Buy for your continued loyal business.

got this chromebook for my 9 year old for Christmas. it's a great option for kids and i feel like they made it very easy to set up parental controls and safetly.

I am content with the Chromebook. I don't have any problems with it. It did weigh a little more than I thought.

I am a huge fan of the Asus Chromebook, and I find myself reaching for it more and more, even more than my actual Windows gaming laptop now! It just does the "laptop experience" right in pretty much every way. The Chromebook formula itself is a fantastic experience if you're highly integrated into the Google ecosystem, with a lightweight, simple yet effective operating system, amazing synchronization between your Google account, Android phones and all Google applications, as well as Android app support; it's hard to dislike! The software experience on this Chromebook model is particularly nice with a smooth experience in just about every application, especially when browsing the internet or streaming video thanks to the Mediatek processor being actually more capable than most other Chromebooks I've used! It takes really heavy processor load to see even a stutter or lag in the software experience, but I can confirm I've seen some lag at times; not to fret though, as it's never invasive on the user experience at all and rarely occurs! In fact, it happens far less on this Chromebook than on others I've used. The battery life is very reliable and can hold a good charge across many intermittent usage sessions, meaning you could super easily take this out to school or a coffee shop without bringing a charger. The form factor is fantastic, with a lightweight yet sleek sturdy design (I love the matte exterior!) including a nice, responsive and tactile keyboard and touchpad, many ports including a headphone port, micro sd card slot, 2 USB-C and 1 USB-A port(s), and a solid 180 degree hinge (best Chromebook keyboard and touchpad combo I've used so far, and the power button is extra "clicky"!). The Chromebook also has a pretty nice and clear display (not touchscreen), relatively standard speakers, as well as a webcam, which comes with a welcomed (!) built-in sliding privacy cover, that for sure works well for clear video calls. I would note that the screen has sort of poor viewing angles, meaning the screen easily gets washed out and hard to view if not looking straight on, but that's kind of the only complaint for the whole Chromebook! This Chromebook is extremely easy to recommend!
