    I did not.k ow i had to buy a yearly plan to have you transfer all my info o toy new laptop. You would think that since I was buying the laptop from you it would be included. Next time I'll go somewhere else.

    I lack the time needed to get familiar with my Chrombook, a task made all the harder since I work with Apple MacBook Air for many years. I have still not discovered how to use efficiently Microsoft Word - even though it is already pre- installed in my device. Likewise I need to get more familiar with the photo and picture possibilities. But I like my purchase
