I purchased this computer to replace an older computer at my church. It is required that I have two VGA connections - one for the monitor and another to drive a TV. So I purchased an NVidia 210 video card for a second VGA connection. I could not get both VGA connections to work at the same time. I contacted ASUS and they told me I cannot add a video card because opening the computer would void the warrantee. I was shocked - never heard of that before. Why do they advertise a PCI Express slot? I found a work around.

I bought this on sale right after Christmas, and couldn't be more satisfied. Just getting used to windows 10, and all is working well.

Bought in January 2017 for $300 onsale, 3 mos later, had a problem with HDMI video output, no signal with dual monitor setup after returning from sleep mode. Called Asus tech support, essentially useless, told me to reformat PC and if that did not work, they told me to return to Asus but I have to pay shipping ($85 UPS) for new PC 3 mos old!. After few days of a failed reformat, then self diagnosis and equipment swapping the signal came back, so glad I did not ship it back right away! AFAIK Asus is the only major PC maker with a unreasonable policy that if you open the unit you void your warranty, they need to change, would think hard before buying another PC product from them in future.

I purchased this to replace a PC that wouldn't start. I can't live without a home computer and I didn't want a tablet or laptop. When I first ordered it for some reason the order was lost but when I called Best Buy customer service they were great and reordered it for me at the sale price. I picked it up at the store within a week of reordering it. I plugged everything in. It did take a couple of hours for everything to load and update but once that was done everything was great. I'm very pleased with it so far.

Good value for an i5 desktop with 8GB Ram and Terabyte Harddrive

I needed a new CPU and bought this one after it was recommended by the Best Buy staff. Doesn't seem any faster than the old one, which I expected it would be. My frustrations are mostly due to Windows 10 peculiarities that I cannot figure out.

Works better than expected. fast enough to run my programs, but priced right so that I can afford other upgrades with it

I run a business from my house. I have 2 other ASUS computers 1 PC and 1 Laptop this is my 3rd. They are very reliable.

Great computer for the price. Using it for my office and it's working fine at a great price. Excellent for small biz.

It's an I5 processor so it's definitely good. And it's got the backup partition if you ever wanna restore to factory

I purchased this for my parents, they are not computer savvy and don't need a power house computer. But I felt this was a good value for the price and shouldn't have to buy one for many years. It works well. I do wish it had a standalone video card but for the price you can't complain!

This computer is a workhorse. It handles everything I need it to do with ease.

I love the easiness of the programs and the ease of its use. Would buy another one of this brand in a heartbeat.
