I Hate The New Windows
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I Had To Hire A Computer Guy To Show Me How To Get To What I Needed You Have To Go Through 6 Steps Minimum Just To Get To Settings Then To Top It Off You Can Not Use Software That You Paid A Fortune For That's Over A Year Old So You Have To Spend More Money For Your Updated Version That's Compatible With Your New Computer That's Missing 60 Percent Of The Features You Use To Have Plus They Made This New Computer A Labarith That You Can't Get Back From. Have You Ever Got Lost In The Woods Before Well This Is Worse

GREAT COMPUTER --BUT GEEK SQUAD NOT SO

I CALLED FOR HELP FOR A PRINTER DOWN LOAD AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE 4-6 HOURS AND I HAD TO BE ON THE COMPUTER. I COULD BUY THAT. TALKED TO MY SON-IN-LAW AND DID IT IN 20 MINUTES. I HOPE THIS ISN'T WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE.

Very good machine! No issues just yet a little bit slow but I may upgrade a few items later.
