    Went to Best Buy to purchase a new PC after our old one had the blue screen of death a couple of times per day. We wanted a desktop and the sales associate said this one would fit our needs. When we got it home, everything seemed fine at first. The fan was a little noisy, but we could live with that. About a week after purchasing, Windows did an update. After that, every time we got on line, the darn thing locked up. The only way past that was to power it down by holding in on the power button. CTRL+ALT+DEL didn't work at all. We took it back on day 13 of the 15 day return policy and the customer service person told me it was past the return period. After she checked the calendar on her phone, she realized we hadn't had it for 2 weeks yet. She got a manager and they exchanged it for something else. We ended up spending a little more money, but we got a computer that we really like.
