Had bad luck with the Asus! Immediate problem with the graphics card. Took it back to BB for an exchange; brought the new one home and again had problems with the graphics. Returned it and settled on a Lenovo. Asus customer service was helpful and recommended the return. BB customer service was prompt and efficient!

Not totally satisfied, it's slow and hard to find anything. But I needed something and the monitor is awesome.

This computer was recommended to me by a Best Buy staff member and within two weeks of putting it into use it crashed and needed the hard drive to be wiped and all of my program and data reinstalled. Best Buy Geek Squad did retrieve my data and even though I was a bit out of the return period, gave me a full refund.

It was ok but did not perform as expected. Returned it and bought a Dell.

It is ok I would have been happier with a HP which is what I always had.

Good pc, but I expected it to be faster, the CPU could be smaller.

I'm sure they make good computers, but my experience was awful. In less than 4 days I went through 2. The first one wouldn't even power up. The 2nd one had a defective mother board. I didn't try for a third. I got a Dell and am delighted

it is too slow to use, almost same as my 5 years old i3 machine.

Not bad, 2nd time I bought this for my office, but some errors

Factory S/W config had so much adware it took 3 hours of virus/adware scans, program removal and reconfiguration to get a 'clean' system. Still not sure I got it all. Almost returned the whole thing.

I did not have a good experience with this computer. After one hour windows made me reload the program because I could not open it or get it started. I took it back.

This product was DOA and was not capable of powering the product I purchased it to pair with (off of a recommendation)

Motherboard malfunctioned after very light use, hardly used since I use a laptop. Not recommended.

I've have two consults with the Geek Squad to remedy the problem, but to no avail. I'm very disappointed with the problems experienced with a brand new computer.

Second asus machine, first one disk drive did not work and the second the USB ports did not .... Never again

This desktop did a full start-up update. Then it logged on twice. It didn't connect to my internet so I shut it off for the day. The 2nd day I had it, I turned it on and it wouldn't get passed the Asus load up screen, so I wasn't even able to log on. I attempted to restart it and every single time it would just load up with the logo, and then black screen. I returned it. I don't know if it was just a faulty desktop, or if they're all this way.

Brand new I n the box did t work traded it for another asus it didnt work either brought everything back to store including office 365 and Antivirus and wasnt gave all my money back never used any of these products all were as i had bought them when i returned them upset with best buy dont understand why i didnt receive all my money back it was only 3 days and i drove 120 miles twice just to get to best buy.

When i got the 1st one home froze b4 it even did its initial setup. 2nd one would freeze any time the power distribution with in the comp changed. bust a poor computer.

I bought this hoping to have a nice computer for our church. I unboxed it and set it up, but it never fully powered on. I took it back and didn't want to take any chances on replacing it with a new one. I ended up just getting something else.

Bought it with enthusiasm. Came home, never finished Windows updates after several tries. Returned it and got a Lenovo which I like very much.
