This is a replacement desktop and, because of the change from Windows 7 to 10, was not as easy to transfer files as I was hoping. However, I have had no hardware issues. This model is quiet and efficient.

My son wanted a computer for online gaming, and found this on deal of the day. Seems good for what he is using it for. He has not complained.

All in all a great buy, just unfortunate it didn't perform to my standards, will say its a solid comp, but a little far behind in today's tech.

My main criteria for selecting this computer was memory size and processor. Plus, I've been happy with Asus in the past. I was also looking for a full size chasis. I wasn't planning to change anything from what comes out of the box, but in the past I've had to swap out components in smaller boxes and wished for the extra space, so no more tiny boxes for me wihtout a good reason. On the whole, this computer does what you'd expect from it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy the same unit again. My only complaint, and this is very minor, is that the button on the front is if anything too accessible. If I had toddlers in the house (or others attracted to big beautiful buttons), I'd be concerned they'd want to play with it.

This is a great computer for a user looking for something more than just the basic functions. It's a great price for the specs and I'm able to use it for many programs that require this quality processor

This PC has a great spec for the price. When it works it is awesome. But I had to return it because it refused to boot after a few days. I tried to reset the PC from Windows 10. I would get different error messages every time I reboot. I tried to look at the BIOS settings to find the problem but the BIOS screen would freeze frequently. Other things that bothered me are the build quality and the sticker that voids the warranty if I open the case to add HDD or memory.

Was just browsing in the store when I saw this system on sale. Intel i5, 8gb ram. 1 TB HD, Win 10. All for $349.00. Can't beat that!

this Computer exceeded my expectations and does an amazing job for what I bought it for. While not a gaming computer, a couple of mods and it could easily be one, but its great for everyday computing and small light business work. thanks Asus and BB!

Great pc. Used at our church and the capacity and speed was necessary. The users appreciate the device which is used every day!!!

It seems to be a good value for the price and content. Fast, sleek design, lots of memory.

I am not a computer expert and the guys at Best Buy came in and set it up and was able to show a "dummy" like me how to use it.

Purchased this dryer as an open-box item. Great product for an unbeatable price. Installation was smooth and fast, though scheduling the installation did not go as smoothly. Best buy was willing to work with me to make that right however.

I have no complaints. Runs very well. I'm thankful for the Best Buy employee who helped me. Wish I could remember her name

replaced my 2008 windows xp computer - getting used to windows 10 - but so far so good

Not in love with windows10, hard to copy and paste. Hard to install icons. Older version of windows 10 much easier to use.

I recently bought an ASUS desktop because I had had pretty good luck with their laptop and I knew that they are the ones that make the hard drives for many of the other computer brands. That computer lasted 4 days before I had to exchange it for a new one. I decided to go with a DELL because there were only about 4 HP computers in the store and I didn't like any of them. We had had a DELL many years before and had issues with that one but figured they would have fixed the problems. I have had this computer no more than 3 weeks and have had nothing but problems. They are mainly connection issues so I had our internet people out looking to see if it was their issue. I was told to hook up my ethernet cable but the issues still persist. I am constantly seeing the buffering sign and a pop-up showing that there is no internet connection even though all other computers in our house are working. I am now going to have to pay to have Geek Squad (we have the $99 warranty but was told that I would have to pay a discounted fee) come out to see what the issue is because none of my calls to Geek Squad are able to diagnose the problem.

Puchased this computer for daughter and she loves it!!

I still like having a PC. I could tell mine was beginning to crash. This was a deal of the day and so far has been a great machine. Easy to load all the programs and install updates. Very pleased with my purchase.
