Great little computer for a great price. Easy to set up.

super fast and never gives me any problems loading.

I was a little frustrated after unit was operating, thought it would be faster, hybird hard drive is not a plus, will replace it when i get the chance with a SSD and use the old drive as file storage. Case does not have a fan??? has not over heated yet but am concerned. Unit needs a graphics card, on board graphics is adequate for most games and photos, etc.

With the dual mode storage the boot time is amazing.

I chose this computer because I wanted a top end computer, but I am not a gamer. I may add a video card later as I run two monitors, but I am happy with the built in video running an old 19" monitor and a new Acer 24" monitor, since I do not run games. Boot time is fast, I can run many open tabs and basic videos.

Based on standard practices it's probably earned a 5 star, but personally I expect it to travel through time in a blue box with me as it's companion if it wants to earn 5 stars.

only had one glitch when I brought it home. It did not want to recognize the dvd-rom drive. After figuring that out, it works very well.

I bought this computer because my expensive HP died after 4 years. I heard that ASUS is a solid company. Time will tell. So far I like it.

Overall, this computer is pretty nifty! Well, this is coming from an old 2008 desktop, but I also have an Asus Zenbook among other modern pieces of equipment. The main reasons I wanted this computer were because of it's i7 processor, the 8 gigs of SSD (I have 125 gigs on my zenbook#, and the expandable slots-- ultimately, I wanted something which had the potential to be upgraded for a gaming rig. Yeah, it's a little expensive if you're in the interest of saving money, but all in all, I think this will be an awesome base for years to come. When I went to system requirements lab, I have pretty much everything I need for most games except for graphics. One thing you'll have to keep in mind out of the box is that this computer has integrated HD graphics, which pretty much limit you game-wise, so you won't be able to play much of anything in the realm of new games. Now, if you or your child just want to mess around on games like Minecraft or Runescape, this will definitely work as the graphics load isn't very high. My main concerns are Guild Wars 2, probably some RPG games such as Fallout, and upcoming big titles such as The Division, so I plan to get a card with at least 2 gigs in it #I'm not too picky about whether I can have ultra settings-- I'll settle for medium as long as it's playable, though 2 gigs should be medium-high). In regards to the solid state, so far, it's performing as I'd hoped. My computer boots up instantaneously and programs get a little boost when they are opening as well. Obviously this computer comes with Windows 10, and so far, no issues have arisen. I've had Windows 10 since its release on other devices, and I haven't had any issues with it as of yet. Also, I kind of love streaming my xBone through my computer, and with Microsoft's cross-platform compatability ahead of us, I'll be able to make full use out of both my desktop and xBox One. Not the most advanced accessories, but they definitely do the job.

Got it on sale. So far so good. Higher quality than an entry level but not overkill either.

After many years, my old desktop finally just died. After a bit of research, I chose this model as a balance of cost and speed. I am quite happy with my decision.
