This router is sound. IT is very easy to set up using the app and easy to update. However, the range is not what I excepted. it is in the middle of my house where my last one was located and one of my devices on the end of the house ( approximately 35 feet away) has issues. Disappointing.

This is not an ideal router, but it may be one of the best for price and quality. I would love to get a router that has both a 2.5 gig LAN port and a 2.5 gig WAN port. This one has only one such port and it can be set up as either LAN or WAN but either way you can't take advantage of internet speeds greater than 1 Gbs because all the other ports are 1 gig ports. You probably won't find a better router than this one in today's market.

Faster internet speed, good price wise very reliable

I'm loving this router so far. No drops or resets and can handle how many wi-fi devices you throw at it. I typically have 35-40 different devices streaming and with the software included I can see each of them individually and even cut off the internet access if my daughter is spending too much time on her ipad.

Intermittently disconnects my tv from the 2.5 gigabit lan port during use long enough to show the disconnected message on TV every once in awhile which is annoying but tolerable. Doesn't seem to interrupt service long enough to cause an issue though. Rest of ports seem fine. Unless I move tv or other device to other last normal vacant lan port. Working great for everything else running 24/7 however.

My previous router worked great; but slow connection and download times helped me to decide to get a Wi-Fi 6 router. The improvement is pretty dramatic, nearly double the download speeds and no more slow connections. Super easy to set up using the app.

I had an old ASUS AC router which has been a workhorse for the past 5 years but I wanted faster speeds so I stuck with ASUS. This router had excellent reviews on multiple websites so to me it was a no-brainer- a brand I trusted and good reviews. It was easy to set up and the speeds were fantastic. I was pleased for 48 hours. Then it started dropping connection constantly. I had to reboot the router 4 times today. Once the connection dropped for a fifth time I reconnected the old router and boxed this one up for a return. I see others on here have had great success with this router so perhaps I’m an anomaly.

It’s nice. The WiFi is stronger. The app allows me to control which devices have internet. Cutting of flowers my wife’s connection in the middle of a work zoom meeting didn’t go over well, especially, after she learned that I’d been lying about her phone loosing internet. Opps. It’s worth every dime.
