Upgrade from an older Asus model, wifi was starting to have issues. The AX features aren’t really usable right now, most devices don’t support them, but future proof. If wifi seems slow, disable AX for now.

This router has greatly improved my home wifi network. Before I had the standard provider issued model and that one made our wifi sad. This one has rejuvenated the network and it is acting how it should!

This is a super fast and effective router. I bought it to upgrade from a router that didnt have enough range and this one for sure did the job and connection, strength, and speed.

I bought two of these as I was impressed with the integration of multiple units with 2.5GB Ethernet link between them. Running two of these in a 4200sq/ft (smart) house and I have great coverage and amazing bandwidth....for 3 months. Then the satellite unit no longer functioned. No lights - just dead. Swapped power supplies to verify it was the router then contacted support and got an RMA. Despite the unit being 3 months old they do not 'swap them' out. You have to send the unit in, they will then verify that it does not work, and then they will send out another unit... Once they received it and verified the issue they did send me an email indicating that they will be sending a replacement. Two weeks later and I have no further status or replacement information. This is my first foray with ASUS as I usually run Netgear Nighthawks but the RMA process alone is reason enough to stay away.

Great router than gives you a ton of control over devices in your home. The app that goes along with it could use a little work but overall a great router especially for a household with tons of devices.

This thing does what I bought it for. I tried adding a VPN which worked like a champ but too many sites detect a VPN and don’t work right.

I purchase this router to replace my old Lynksys WRTACS1900. Very easy to set up and save IP addresses. Range does not appear to be as great as advertised. No gain from my previous Lynksys.

Works great with very stable internet connection. Once there was an Wifi outage in my area, and a debugging tool in Asus router app helped me identify what the root cause of the problem was.

This was a recommendation from a friend who has the previous model. I have experienced solid connection throughout the house and in every corner of the basement. Very happy with this purchase.

Everything wifi has changed exponentially well since upgrading to wifi 6 with this router

With this ASUS router 802.11ax now my son’s can play video games on the 2nd floor and my daughter works in the 1st floor with the computer this works perfectly

Replaced my RT-AC1900P. Handles more clients connected without issue. Have 2 ISPs setup as failover, works flawlessly. Easy to setup

slight hiccup that was my fault, but other than that its been great. I've seen lower ping on most of my connected devices. Also I think the UI for the router is great

Bought 2 for a mesh. Covers my whole house effectively. She aint cheap but you get what you pay for. Right on!Make sure to download the app to manage.Its awesome.

I love it, everything I needed on a router, affordable, easy to set up and use, and secure, the wifi is great and I can go to my lawn and still have fast wifi

Wi-Fi has been great since I upgraded. We have over 20 devices connected (not running all at once) but I have noticed a better signal.

Was actually really impressed about the customizations this router has. Future proof and overall a great router for your day to day needs! You won’t be disappointed.

Great router, easy setup and speed. My old router had a Cox download of 55mbps and an upload of 2mbps. Now I average 180 down and 10 up right where it should be.

This router is more than i expected. Feature rich, great firewall and protection from hackers, active software updates. Prefer this over the Netfear models,!

this has been a rock solid router so far. In fact, this is a 2nd unit, setup as a mesh access point. Love it!
