    This is a terrible computer. 1st thing wrong with it is every application that i open instantly crashes. 2nd is that if i do manage to get into an application successfully then it has terrible quality. 3rd thing is that it constantly glitches and lags.

    I got it 6 months ago, now I'm having a problem with my internet connection, it just can't connect, I went to youtube to see if someone had the same problem and I saw a lot people experiencing the same problem, I will go to bestbuy and if the don't help me I will take my actions, I will not loose my money, I definitely not recommend this computer.

    BSOD multiple times per day every day after 2 week

    BSOD occasionally the first two weeks (normal return period). Thankfully I got this during extended return period, because after the first two weeks, it would BSOD every day and multiple times per da, search for my videos showing how much it doesn't work, luckily was able to return without problems.

    I don't understand how is this a gaming laptop. I opened photoshop and it's constantly lagging and blacking when using google chrome or internet explore. I returned this to Best buy and purchased an ACER instead.

    Once amazing now why is this issue happening?

    At the time I bought this it was very reasonable for what is included. You can't find anything around this price range anymore. Only problem now, in 2023, is my fan is making a lot of noise on the inside. Have to get it repaired else where now. I've never dropped it or moved it around much. Pretty disappointed this has happened, but I guess it is what it is!
