Well i had to exchange it in 1 week because the whole navigation pad stopped working. They said its better if i get new one. So i did... well i still Love the look eventough the volume bottoms arent working Anyway the soumd is horrible, and unfortunately now its slowing down when i ise more than one browser..:( im so sad because i love the matt screen the size and the nice white look, nothingsimilar to that but i have to give this one back also... i gabe the 2nd chance.. didnt work out

I bought this because old unit fan is going and I haven’t bought many pc for myself. I was surprised how quick it is. I like this brand. It’s very quiet it has no fan in it. It doesn’t appear to be upgradable. I am using it for getting online and work from home stuff. I do not like the windows s mode. That can however be made to go away for free. I also am not a fan of windows 10.

We needed to get a computer for our son and this computer does everything he needs it to do and then some. It's fast, quiet, and looks great too. He's still getting used to the idea that he doesn't have to do everything on his phone anymore and it's been a real asset during this pandemic. We didn't hesitate when we saw how much computer he'd get for the price. Well worth it.

Wanted a light, easy to use lap computer that can handle simple home budgeting, shopping and social media/email. So far it's performing as expected. I did turn on the camera out of curiosity and unfortunately the picture/video is grainy. This is the reason I didn't give 5 stars.

This was a good purchase for my nephew and it was easy for me to assign him as the one to pick it up. But it was very difficult for me to have the Geek Squad service contract in his name. It took multiple calls to transfer it. It seems like this should be easier than it was.

With having to work from home full time my current tablet to check email checks wasnt cutting it for a full day work load. Purchased this computer and set up was great ! I did uninstalled "S" mode so I could download google chrome. All my devices and work computer are Google based so it was a super easy set up when I made the change. Still fast and helps get my job done!

Wasn't sure about how this laptop would perform, given its low price, but have been pleasantly surprised. Quality and stability seem fine so far. Full HD screen and no fans. Wish the memory was upgradeable though.

Wanted a simple laptop for my 88 year old mother to check her email and facebook. This laptop is perfect for that. She has been able to keep in touch with her sibling who lives in Germany and she enjoys looking at pictures on facebook. Using a wireless mouse helped her tremendously because she could not get her fingers to do what she wanted due to arthritis.

Very affordable and sleek looking laptop. Purchased to replace a computer and thought it was a steal. Performance was a bit slower then I am used too but can take care of basic tasks well. You get what you pay for.
