We bought this for our son's online learning. The computer is quick, has plenty of storage, and works well for basic online learning. Of course, he would have liked more RAM for online gaming.

This is the perfect computer for me. I lighting quick, does not get hot and does everything I need it too. I love this computer. The only thing I wish that was different is that the speaker are to quite. I have it all the way up and I still can't hear it very well.

I use this laptop for light work on the go so I don’t have to lug around my larger one. Works great for internet, emails, and basic applications

Really affordable, dependable for my elementary school kid, also works perfect running games (a must for the) and pretty fast. Design is OK

So far so good. Bought this for my college Student while on sale so this was definitely worth the purchase as he needed this ASAP. Everything works well however this is not the laptop for gaming. Smooth and sleek. Comes with anti virus protection. User friendly

Carlo was very helpful in the transaction. I took my Dell in to be fixed. They could not repair it and returned it after a month. Best Buy offered me a replacement and I selected one. I was in a hurry since we were leaving Laredo in two days to come back to Illinois. I am not satisfied with this replacement. It does not have the number keyboard on the side and I am finding it takes me much longer to get my work done. I would like to take it back to Best Buy here in Dubuque, Iowa to exchange it for another laptop. My concern is this Caronavirus and stores not being open. I haven't tried to contact Best Buy yet, but hope they can work with me.

I’m going to have to say this is the best laptop ever. Still working like the first day. The color is brown now because the pigs in my house don’t wash their hands before using the computer, but otherwise it’s great.

This laptop has worked great - though It has only been tested for basic functions. I bought it primarily for my young grandchild to use for online classes, Zoom visits, educational games so everyone would have their own device for work and play.

I needed a computer that I could pay bills on, stream shows and movies, and basic web searches. This works great for all of that, no complaints. Also, I’m not very tech savvy and it was easy for me to navigate. All in all happy with my purchase.

Great computer for beginners and for the price. I have been using this to interact with my students while e-learning, and it’s getting the job done. I recommend this computer.

Needed a laptop for at home schooling far a 2nd grader. Works just fine for that. Got the Geek Squad protection for 2 years because that has been reliable for us in the past.

Great price for 9 and 11 year old. Would recommend for anyone looking for a reasonable priced laptop. We hit it this one at the right time - half-price on one day special.

The laptop looks very nice and it does what is suppose to do. It is not the fastest and does not have too much room, but if you only need it for basic stuff it would do the job.

The computer is a great price for what you get. It comes defaulted to windows S-mode, which kind of stinks at times. Due to it only wanting to install software that has already passed their safety tests. You aren't able to install Zoom.

I've had this for a month now and the family is happy with it. Starts up quick, works well for online school work, browsing and video conferencing. Video Cam quality could be better and requires a bit of lighting. Touchpad needs a little getting used to as your finger tips would stick to the pad as you are trying to scroll up or down a page, as well as not sensing a "TAP" for left click at times. Although I couldn't troubleshoot why but it also froze couple of times so far on login screen with no cursor and had to do a hard restart. Overall, happy with the purchase for the sale price I got it for.

Really great for basic internet browsing. It's quick to boot up and light and compact! If you download fire fox,chrome, or anything not Microsoft it will take you out of Microsoft s mode permitly which gives you more protection.

I love this computer. My last computer was 8 years old and dying. I am enjoying this computer and the battery is awesome! 14 hours of battery life is amazing to me.

I needed a new laptop to complete my last semester of college online. This holds a charge for an adequate period of time and allows me to download many programs.

I bought this just to run my forex trading business. It more than meets my needs. Priced just right for a computer that just needs to run a few apps and browsers.

So far I love this Asus! I did take it out of S mode to be able to download apps not in the windows store.
