I like this laptop. It works great for what I need! I homeschool kids and use it for watching movies on Netflix.

the laptop was a savior for my son during virtual education classes. The speed was awesome and the clarity on the screen was crisp and clear. I would buy another one soon.

I bought this because my MacBook broke 3 weeks before the end of the semester. This is a nice laptop (even tho Windows 10 is kinda meh). This ImagineBook is my first ASUS, and I am very happy with it. Unfortunately, the power cord is flimsy and already has a short in it, so I can’t rely on it to stay charging the laptop. That is the reason for only 4 stars instead of 5.

I puchased the Asus laptop due to working from home from Covid. I've had it now close to a year, use it daily for work all day, and it works pretty good. I'm able to work with multiple windows up with no issues from what I've seen and it has lots of storage for my files. There are some hiccups as others stated such as there is no "caps lock light", or any indicator at all which is extremly annoying, and a basic feature this laptop should have. Another thing I noticed is sometimes it seems the internal mouse is a bit slow. A huge issue are the speakers and sound volumne. The speakers are on the bottom of the laptop and the sound is horrible, like beyond horrible. I used my prior older laptop all the time watching movies and the sound was great and loud it was an older Toshiba. This Asus laptop you can't hear anything coming out the speakers so forget about watching movies, or anything like that. The sound however works fine in my Zoom work meetings and microphone. Overall a 3 out of 5, and I was in a situation where I needed a laptop immediately due to Covid and basically everywhere all over town every place was out of stock as most of us recall.

We bought it on line and we’re able to pick it up almost immediately. This is during the pandemic. It was a life saver as the computer at work was off limits.

My old computer was to old to do zoom on. I needed something fast. I was very pleased at how easy it was to get everything set up and I’m able to zoom now.

good laptop for work and internet surfing. not suitable for games. thin, lightweight, quiet keys.
