great product condition of open box questionable

I had to take it out of S mode in order for it to be compatible with needed programs. I order the open box deal that should have been in excellent condition but when I received it there were pen and marker marks all over it. Most of it wiped off but not all.

Pretty Happy With It

Only minor issues: I wish I could turn the volume up more because some videos are pretty quiet and I wish it was actually as white as it looks in the pictures and not sort of a putty color.
