    Needed google classroom and the safe app wouldn’t download until we finally figured out how to turn it off. I bought it for my granddaughter to do homework and it was complicated to try to access the apps she needed

    Trackpad stopped working the third day I had it. Did not like the laptop overall. The white color was nice that’s the only good thing I can say.

      The touchpad is a smart device that supports multi-gesture. If this is your first experience with this kind of touchpad, please allow some time to get use to the multi-touch function of the pad.



      In order to improve the touchpad responsiveness and stability, it is recommended to always keep WINDOWS up to date. If you are accessing web applications, please verify if the laptop has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will affect the responsiveness of the touchpad.
