    From the get go the computer was stuck in s mode, when I updated windows two weeks later the computer crashed and will not start.

    Absolutely worst product. Owned two days. Plugged and unplugged charger twice. Plug fell apart leaving a piece in charger port. Tried to return and was told I had to pay $70 for broken charger. Referred to ASUS and was told warranty doesn’t cover damaged charger. Worst part is ASUS rep knew exactly what part of the charger broke. DO NOT BUY on the chance you get a bad charger out of the box and are stuck with it.

    I thought I asked for a lop top with a c d drive, but I was not able to see it with over the phone curb side delivery.

      The slow speed or performance is temporary during the initial WINDOWS setup and before installing cumulative WINDOWS Update, regardless what brand name of computer this may be. This may take a longer time depending on the network traffic from the update server and the stability of your high-speed internet service. Also, laptop will do several system reboot, black screen temporarily or restart during the update process.

    Bought to have another computer for elearning. Should be fine for this, but it's not! Love the look, but that's where it stops... zoom is SO slow and even google classrooms wont function well! Saving takes forever. We tried to love it, updated it, restarted and still no improvement. Returning to best buy sadly.

    So Disappointed

    I love this laptop, it was better than I thought it would be. After about 2 weeks my keyboard started having issues, some of the keys have stopped working. I googled the keyboard issue and tried the suggested fixes, none worked. Now I'm looking for a replacement, don't think it will be an Asus.

      To resovle the issue, WINDOWS 10 S needs to be switched to WINDOWS 10 HOME. To successfully switch, WINDOWS 10 S needs to be setup completely and activated online. Once this is completed, please go to Settings, Activation then click "Go to Store" and follow the wizard in order to switch the OS free.

    After waiting for a week for the laptop to be here so my kids can do their online schooling. The computer wouldn’t even come on I think it was the batteries who knows. I read some reviews about how bad the battery is on this laptop I wouldn’t recommend!!

    Wow just terrible

    Just received it today and it is absolutely terrible. Slower than any device I’ve used this century and the touchpad is awful. Task manager won’t even load and it already runs incredibly hot. No clue how the overall rating is so high.

    Bought this for our son for eLearning during the pandemic. It is so slow and requires a daily reboot otherwise, it takes forever for things to load. should have bought a better computer. Don’t waste the money....buy something better.
