First one defective

The touch screen did not work. I tried calling best buy to see if it was a setting and no one answered. I called 4 times and was on hold infinitely. I packed it up and returned it, which was a huge inconvenience. I liked what did work and bought another one and it works just fine.

Would purchase this item again and recommend to my friends/family. Quick upload and fast start up was what I needed since old system would not work well with Windows 10. 1st time ever in a Best Buy store and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Responsive, crisp navigation in a compact PC...typically use with MS apps and for browsing and no complaints. Multiple inputs with HDMI in/out is a PLUS!
