Computer set up at home was very easy to do. Really enjoying the different features of this Asus product as well as the portable external drive that was also purchased.

It is easy to use, especially the Touch-Screen! The screen is large & great for our "aging" eyes. It is nice to have everything built in so no more bulky tower is needed.

It has been problem free for 2 months and was easy to set up. As long as you are not looking for anything fancy, this ought to do the trick.

The Geek squad set ut up for me making it very easy to work with. The sales perdon thst sold to me was also very helpful in my making a choice.

One day I moved the monitor & the screen was ruined lines on the top right corner now I have to buy knew computer best buy staff told me to use another monitor with a HDMI adapter it's a real hassel not professional. I took the computer in the store no refund or help because I did not buy 200.00 Greek package 739.00 computer just sits can't afford knew computer I hope they will look at policy's not sure what happened I did not drop ..I lifted Monitor with 2 hands . wish I had a option to sellit the way it is..can someone help me out still paying for computer.. Thank u What a waste of money ..

We have tried different locations with the same result. We contacted the BB admin. dept. and they said they are experiencing the same thing?
