It made me buy the Micro Soft package before I could do anything. I recommend it if you are looking for an all in one computer.

Missing letters

The keypunch entry loses integrity and letters are lost to the point where you need to go back and retype the words. This takes away important time especially when working from home and have to put out reports on a timely basis. I have attempted to use the tech support team to determine if the keyboard can be reconfigured to fix this issue. In fact it happened several times during the typing of this review.

Very happy with the staff at Best Buy. Salesman was friendly and very helpful in selecting my new computer.

Impressive curbside delivery service

I pulled into a numbered spot, called the phone number and in minutes, a gentleman brought the computer out, checked my ID and loaded it into my trunk. I returned home to Lawrenceville and had the computer up and running quickly. Thank you for such great service. AvW
