I needed to replace my old Linksys router, which couldn't provide a strong enough signal for tablets on the 3rd floor of my three-story house. For several reasons, I want my router to be in the basement. This Asus router worked like a charm. The WIFI signal is now very strong in every area of the house.

I wasn't wowed or super happy about the range, but i was looking for an intermediate router at a good price point and this fills the needs.

Has good signal strength and coverage. Does live streaming excellent. Easy to install and configure.

I am able to gain access to the WI-FI without rebooting my router now, which makes life much easier.

Skip the Linksys routers, I have one and the WiFi on this router out performs the Linksys hands down.

Great router for streaming and doing everyday family stuff but if you need something with more range and speed for gaming, go with a nighthawk!

Replaced a new Linksys with this router and it has worked flawlessly. Much better coverage than any other router I've had in what is a pretty large house and area to cover. A little more detailed to set up than the Linksys, but if you follow the manual and the references in it, you'll be fine.

I have bought many routers through the years, and this one blows the rest out of the water. I have this in the 2nd floor office in our 2500 sq ft home, and it covers the rest of the house, including the finished basement with 4 to 5 bars. Just make sure to properly aim the antennas, it makes a difference.

we weren't getting good enough transmission from the time warner router. wife;s desk top was located on the lower level of the house. she wasn't getting a good enough signal. so we bought asus digital and now she's says it works much,much better.it was a good move on my part,gotta keep the wife happy.

This is the best 802.11n router I have used (previously owned wrt54g, Linksys wrt300n, airport express, netgear wndr3700). Great stock firmware that is powerful yet simple to use. I do not feel it is necessary run 3rd party firmware.

The WiFi works good and that i don't have no problem. I have 1 month with it and it works excellent.

The over functionality of the product is perfect. Works all my devices perfectly.

Looked for a replacement modem for my 6 yr old one that gave out and this is a great modem!!!

as far as a router goes, it more that does the job. There is a delay in booting it up between the router and the electronics I am using.

It's exactly what I needed. My Wifi is faster and has a wider reach. And the design looks cool.

I'm using this router to play online gaming, stream movies, and just browsing. Works great.

Easy set up. Decent range. For the price it's a great value.
