It's good for small family use, using with 50MB internet service plan without any problems

This router is powerful enough to supply adequate signal across 3 levels of my home. Advanced features like vpn setup is easy using this equipment.

Prior to using this AP I had no wireless drops at home, once this was in place I had many of my home PC's experiencing being dropped by the wireless. It took me several nights of research to fix the issue. Disabling 802.11 N on the PC's was the fix.

Easy setup with advanced features if you want it. Good signal. Previously had the Linksys E4500 and it couldn't reach the back room, now i get signal.

I had to replace my old router. We originally had only 3 wireless devices but are now up to 9. Coverage has been great with improved speeds as well.

The set-up is easy to do. I purchased this router cause my son plays a lot of video games, and this router can easily handle all electronic's including Netlix, XBox while I am working from my house.

Had 1 problem during installation followed instructions refused to connect did this 4or 5 times the exact same way was driving me "Nutz" when all of a sudden it worked. Didn't do anything different. This and price are the only reason for the 4 star rating. Our prior "Cisco" router died and we needed a replacement, the only reason I didn't buy another "Cisco" was the warrenty died 45 days before the the router did and "Cisco" CS had an attitude and didn't want to recommend any solutions. I wasn't looking for a "freebie" just wanted to know if there were any fixes.

The stock firmware is actually pretty and wireless speed that is not on 5ghz is pretty good and stable. The instructions on some of the settings are not all that great but them again most are about the same. The openvpn is really easy to usetap. you want to connect remotely from anywhere and be on your network with full access to your devices make sure when you enable openvpn go to advance settings and change the setting fun to tap. It would create a certificate which place on the config folder don't forget user name and password and you are done

I loved this router, even though I had to return it. It apparently does not work (for my application) with the Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 2. After upgrading all firmware on both devices, installing the latest drivers, I could not achieve even half my line speed on comcast, and half the time I couldn't even connect to the router management page. All other devices worked I had worked perfectly. Apparently there are known issues with the Yoga 2 wifi, but since I already sunk $ into that a while ago, the router had to go back for something else.

Using this router as a wired access point. Flashed Merlin FW on it immediately. Setting WAP is easy. Many non-applicable menus are removed - perhaps too many - but navigating is straightforward.

Great little router for home use! I have not had to re-set it since I purchased it. I was having to re-set my old netgear daily for wireless.

Router works great but the set up process is not as smooth as they say. During set up, router downloaded a firmware update automatically, which disabled the router from proceeding any further and required a call to the technical line help line. After 30 minutes on the phone got it resolved, but was definitely aggravating they tout only a few minutes to set up, and their firmware updates are not working properly. However, I must say the help line had REAL people who answer the phone and they were very helpful.

This router is what I use with all of my clients....it has a strong signal, and is NOT cloud based! (which is a very good thing).

The router is performing very well after a few months of use. Only two drops during that time and it doesn't seem to be the the norm. It's been running stable and performing as expected.

I bought this router mainly to extend the range on my existing wireless modem. It works great and I now get wifi access anywhere in my home.

Using this in a long corridor or offices and laboratories. It was easy to install and setup and my staff is thrilled to have wireless access.

High quality router with many functions. The built in firewall, and VPN are a great added bonus. Also great range on the wifi.

Router is fast. Took a while to get some of the things in my setup correct, but now it works great. Doesn't drop connections like old router.

As a very Tech heavy household, I needed a wireless router that would handle the load of all the devices, so far this has been up to the task. 4 smartphones, 3 Game Systems, 4 wireless PCs.

This router has done very well for me. Easy to work with and set up. Has done well for gaming and streaming.
