The orientation in which the device is placed in the case seems weird but it has the vents pointing towards the zipper so I'm assuming if it accidentally turns on in the case it'll vent towards the zipper.

It's padded but not hard-case padded. If you're looking for a hard-case look elsewhere but it's perfectly fine case as it fits the device nice and tight. The quality is very good. They didn't spare any expensive. It's definitely NOT cheap looking. This is a premium case.

Great for putting in backpack. Do note, it is not a hard case, so it can't withstand a hard fall or something falling on it

Has the spaces to hold the joy sticks and works as a kick stand. It also has some storage space for SD cards and slimmer items. The design looks great too. I didnt do 5 stars because i feel it could have been made with better materials/sturdier.

Wish it was a little more firm, and had room to keep the charger that came with the ROG Ally. All it has room for is a cable, and not much else.

We do value our customers and take negative customer service experience very seriously. The case has soft case material and a fleece inner liner, the Ally will be protected in any bag or backpack. Currently the case is designed with only an additional secure storage space for both credit sized and MicroSD cards.

It's well made and I've had no issues with it, so far. My only complaint would be that I wish there was a bit more space. Maybe room for the charger and a few other small things.
