Seems like it could be a workhorse fir photo editing. However, mine had to be returned because one if the keys kept sticking. Waiting for a replacement.

We have been using this for a couple weeks now. The computer is fast and powerful. We use it for a lot of graphics and photo editing. So far it has been more them we could have hoped for.

I enjoyed using this laptop despite some hiccups, it has a beautiful screen and the build quality is excellent. However, after about 7 months the screen refused to turn on. I had to connect it to a second monitor to backup my files and wipe it. Avoid this laptop.

Love the computer in general. We literally only have the EA Manager/sims 4 (NO MODS), adobe photoshop/premier installed on it, chrome, and Discord. We use this as a content-creating powerhouse. Would even say 5 stars but this is the second time we have gotten a blue screen of death. Best Buy fixed once and it happened again probably for an auto update? They cannot seem to help us apart from resetting computer or explain what is causing the problem since those are literally the only programs we have downloaded. Super sad. Maybe we got a lemon. no idea NEVER had this happen with any of our other PCs ever.

Open Box condition misrepresented

I really like the computer itself and I like Best Buy. But on this occasion the condition of the open box was misrepresented. The description read "Excellent" but all that arrived was the computer and power supply. No paperwork at all. According to ASUS the computer comes with a USB-A to RJ45 gigabit ethernet adapter, a ProArt branded backpack, and warranty/manual documentation. I didn't want to hassle with a return and I got a good price, so I kept it. But, since you asked my option...

This laptop works like a charm. Starts up quick runs through programs. Quick. Bought this due to my previous laptop crashing. Every time I tried to upload videos. This one uploads and edits videos flawlessly.
