I like this laptop.....for small business or consumers or student it is good one...

Love it for the versatility but a little questionable on how sometimes it switches to tablet mode while being worked on

Product is sleek but performance is very slow.Not expected this in i5 processor.

My daughter is very happy as she feels that she has the best of both worlds, laptop for school work and tablet for fun

Bad touchpad, the system is not very fast. Good touch screen and fingerprint lock

Got this Christmas to replace desk top computer. Do not use it to full potential yet but believe it will serve our purpose. we are not big computer users. But wanted this for apps we like that can not do with IPad. This was recommended by Best Buy employees and what I have really liked is Geek Squad.

Purchased this laptop due to the reputation. I am glad I chose this one.

Bought and it required stupid Windows updates. They require time and patience. I like it, but it took while.

I have not had a laptop for several years and began to miss the flexibility that a laptop offers when you need a computer away from your home. This laptop with the added functionality of a tablet has worked very well for me. I have had no problems with it so far and am pleased with the purchase.

I love the computer and the rice was right. I wasn't sure about touch screen but that is my favorite feature.

A nice small laptop that has good memory. Unfortunately, Microsoft Office programs are not part of the deal.

Unfortunately I have to write this bad review as I've had good luck with ASUS in the past. I got this on a Black Friday deal for $479 and was the perfect size and specs for what we needed. But from the beginning, it never booted. When pressing the power button, the button would just slowly flash as if powering up. Nothing from the display. Not able to boot to BIOS. It's as if a power issue had plagued this or missing drivers. Very strange. Had to return and get a different laptop. I'm sure I had the 1 out of 100 that this may happen to. But it doesn't settle well that this caused so much frustration, and, missed out on other deals as I paid more for a different laptop later.

The touch screen is very responsive, lightweight and lots of memory for the kids to download their videos.

My only gripe is windows 10. I know this doesn't have anything to do w/ the computer but I don't like it.

I haven't used the computer too much yet, but our service was amazing in oregon in Salem! Showed them the laptop we wanted but they didnt have it. Talked us through every laptop and then ended up getting us a greag deal on an open box! Paid less, and ended with a better one then we wanted!

The product was perfect for the sale price. The over all specs for the product were perfect for my needs.

I have owned and brought numerous computers for myself and my family. This computer is the worst I have seen. It fails to log no, windows doesn't work and I occasionally lose my files and have to open a new account, it lags and is very slow. I am not a computer person so I am often left confused and angry because I have lost important school papers. I don't know where or with what the problem is, but the computer is only 3 months old and should not be have these problems. It is not damaged and I was told by the sales person that it was a good computer ( not that that means anything ). I will be taking it back to best buy for them to check it out but I am very disappointed with this buy, I am a loyal customer and most of my products are Asus or Samsung. I did not expect Asus to make such a terrible product.

This 2 in 1 is an amazing laptop. The security features, such as the fingerprint pad, give me a much needed sense of security. I love the built in Bluetooth. It makes transferring data between my phone and my laptop extremely fast and easy, especially when Wi-Fi is unavailable

Purchased this Laptop after looking at many other brands with comparable features. Settled on Asus after talking with Geek Squad agents as well as the computer department manager at Best Buy. No problems at all with the unit, the size works for me, keyboard spacing is also good.
