Bought this for a Christmas present. Upon boot up, the blue screen of death came up with a "system thread exception not handled" error and then said it would reboot. Did this a couple times until a screen came up to reset to factory settings. The process started, 3 hours later at 58% error came up that the process couldn't be completed and the computer would restart. At that point it just crashed on restart. Went to best buy and exchanged for another... Opened up, turned it on and guess what... "system thread exception not handled" error! Kept it on that screen, took it back to best buy and the Geek Squad said they would need to reset to factory standards... been there done that! I said no thanks... would prefer to buy a product that works!

Very pleased with this laptop. Very light weight and ready to use. With our geek squad plan, they set up everything and from when daughter opened up on Christmas morning able to use 100%... Daughter happy

Purchased this laptop for a friend whom is going off to college soon and it's great. Recommended upgrades include memory and SSD. After this you'll have a very speedy and energy efficient machine!

Bought this for my daughter for college and she loves it. Other than buying MS Office (which we got a discount on for buying the laptop), it has all the bells and whistles a college student could need.

So far working well once cleaned out start up screen.

I was looking for a small laptop that had storage, memory, and functionally. This 13 in ASUS does everything I wanted with a small frame and light weight. I have used ASUS before with good results.

Great computer. Does everything I need it to do while working from home. Tablet feature allows me to watch my sporting events and programs anywhere.

The processor speed and display quality are amazing. Fits my needs for work and play. Love the backlit keyboard and it is very light!! I take it everywhere. The battery life is great too!

Bought this laptop as alternate option as my expected laptop is not in stock. Just good but still can be better with performance.. Hard disk noice is annoying. Touch is not responsive sometimes.

Asus once again has not let me down. After searching for a new laptop and return one I came across this open box. It has been great do far. Too soon to complain. Will update soin.

I bought this for my daughter who is in the 8th grade. She loves it and likes that it also doubles as a tablet when flipped over. Speakers and screen resolution are great as well.

Have had for a few months almost and used heavy now lightly due to being busy but using it for entertainment, software development, and children to play on. A great buy.

This is a great 2 in 1 laptop. I planned on upgrading the 1TB drive and memory before I got this. I put in a Samsung 850 EVO 250GB drive and maxed out the memory at 12GB.

Set up Microsoft office work perfectly right out of the box. It was a gift to someone who's Computer crashed. Allowed her to finish her school. Looks good good size runs good.

Bought for my mother, she loves it. The fact it can turn into a tablet is great! Then the keyboard doubles as a stand when in tablet mode so no need for extra expenses!
