I bought this dec 2016, and still functioning well. Very helpful for schoolworks. I save a lot of files, pictures and videos so memory is also good for me.

when I choose the Asus lap top, I am always condiment since I have been its user for almost 10 yrs. This time, I am again convinced by its appearances and performance.

Bought it for my 13 yr old and it has worked great specs are enough for school and the fact that it folds back into a tablet is a plus should last him through high school

Was purchased for a nephew going to college. Has held up very well. The full open tablet option is amazing. Asus knows what they are doing!

Laptop performance, fit and finish appears nice, but I have found that the touch pad can become erratic at times, and is very frustrating, typically a restart of the computer resolved the problem for some time...

This laptop is really slow. Takes forever to open up anything. Internet pages take hours or simply don't open at all. When using my hotspot with my iPad it works just fine.

Everything is as advertised. I still have not got used to the power button being on the left front of the laptop though.

This product was for my 13 year old son for gaming and he loves it and it holds up well! This was a great purchase I have made and very happy with the computer.

Worst computer that I have ever purchased. Customer service is hard to understand and unsympathetic, blaming issues with the computer to everything but their product. Never buy an Asus, not a quality product.

I like the build quality of the computer but it has a lot of bloat ware and runs way to slow. I would not recommend it. My year old smartphone is substantially faster at everything including basic web browsing.

I really do love my ASUS laptop. It was easy for me to learn to use. It has everything I need and a lot of things I don't necessarily use, but I may someday.

Purchased “open box” usually only occasionally over 6 mos - then it just died while watching streaming video. Returned to Geek Squad for repair - awaiting return now. Customer service at Geek Squad very nice

I'm very happy with my new computer. I love Best Buy and the service they give. Geek Squad is the best, They make it possible for me to enjoy my computer.

I picked up this gem in the Open Box section at half price. The nice look, 1TB hard drive and backlit keyboard are outstanding features for the price.

Great like all the features. Best Buy mandates you have to post 50 words minimum to review but I think saying it isn't useful and great is sufficient enough

Asus is a great brand with great reliability. I recommend this product to all of my customers and I needed a personal computer and I knew which one to buy.

Love the ability to switch between tablet and laptop. Very sturdy. Not horribly knowledgeable about computers but this seems to meet all of my needs
