I bought this for $500. After running all of the updates and setting it up I returned it. It's very slow. Now, I'm a bit of a electronic snob so I expect things to work quickly when I want them. I tried to give this a try but it didn't work out for me. I returned it for the HP spectre 13 and I couldn't be more pleased with it. The Spectre was $1,250. So ya get what ya pay for. Buy this if you aren't going to be doing much with it and don't need something very fast.

I wanted something easy to use like my iPad. It flips to an iPad from a tablet but the screen changes and is very confusing if you are not up on computers

not what I expected it freezes up when screen saver runs .will not run programs when virus protection is running

I bought this computer for gaming, but it was smaller than expected with the graphics and ran slow. I returned it and bought a larger, faster computer.

Wonderful laptop. Does everything that I need in a laptop and some of my needs are fairly sophisticated.

This computer has performed far slower than its specs would suggest. Recently it has had significant problems loading programs and today Windows stopped running entirely. I am running McAfee and the system was clean. 3 attempts to reset this laptop to factory defaults have failed. I just hope I can get it replaced under warranty. If not, it becomes expensive landfill fodder.

Needed lap top for my son. Got a good price because of Christmas sale. Works great. So far no problems.

The first day I turned my new computer on, it spent an entire day updating Windows. The second day I used my computer, the first thing I did was change the default Web browser and the computer would not load my new browser (Google Chrome) and froze up. Not a good sign. So I returned it to Best Buy and bought an HP Spectre x3600, which I'm having better luck with!
