I bought this as a "certified open box" item; have it @ 6 months; and it's been through 2 hard drive repairs. That plus the *small* keyboard--yes, it says full size but with no number keypad, looks are deceiving--adds up to my 1st bad ASUS. I donated it to the trash.

This is a Really good laptop for a college freshman

This is a terrible laptop. So slow right out the box. Do not buy, I returned it.

The computer it ok. The video cam is not clear. I want it HD crystal clear.

My respect for the geek squad is almost gone, this is my first time ordering online from Best Buy and it's the worse. The laptop didn't came as item described and the battery is dead. So disappointed but I hope my next order which is the same order will be better. Geek squad please surprise your customers.

I haven't had it long enough, but I wish I would have bought the Surface Pro.

I'm not too impressed with the Asus computer I bought. I was told it would be faster than my old one but it's certainly not. It seems to have little 'bugs' in it. I wanted to return and get something else but was unable to do so in the short time period they gave me. Not happy at all with this computer.

Asus pushed an update that deleted the wifi driver and the computer has no ethernet or cd drive. It won’t redownload the driver making the computer useless. This computer has always run painfully slow without any new programs loaded.

Within 2 weeks it began freezing up. It became worse with each week till you couldn't turn the computer off. So after less than 5 weeks old I had to take it in for repairs. The cursor also is jumpy and too sensitive. I thought it was a reasonably priced PC with a good number of included options. I now wonder if the price meant it was cheaply made. No PC should be in the shop this soon.

I have bought this laptop during black Friday with high expectation. I got this laptop yesterday and setup was quick. Following are the major flaws/issues noticed 1. Poor Webcam (0.3 MP). I usually use skype and video is horrible with this laptop 2. One of the main reason to choose this laptop was the fingerprint scanner. Tried using multiple times but it rarely recognize my fingerprint and login to windows. Even I tried adding more with mutiple fingers but result is the same. 3. Overall laptop is slow. I compared internet browsing with my existing laptop (Dell Inspiron, 5 year old) and pages are taking more time to load (IE & Chrome) with the same internet connection. 4. Speakers are at the bottom so sound quality is not that great Overall I have disappointed with this purchase and decided to return it back.

Ok device if you can get pass the keypad not having a back light.
