Same as other ASUS laptops, some keys not working!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After about 3-4 hours hard working with this laptop, up and down arrow keys are not working at all. I should restart Win or logout/login again to correct. Tried to update drivers, they are updated with last version! but problem not solved! Maybe because of hardware problem. I had another model of ASUS laptop, it also has the same problem with some other keys; they are not working at all. I was hopeful this problem is solved by company,however it still exists! I do not recommend to buy; it is fast and light but no reliability!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.yes thats right. 4 of these models gone back. overheating, distorted screen, fan issues.. for those with a fan issue, default your bios. it will settle down for a few days, then default again. ive been to senior support with asus they cant figure it out. it NOT normal for a fan to run at 8500 rpm with no load on the machine, sitting on a table for clear air flow, and you just turned it on!

Problematic experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this laptop in December 2016 with high hopes for its backlit keyboard to work in low lighting, 16GB of memory, and sleek design ideal for portability. Problems I have experienced include: -Unable to right click on files without the crashing the File Explorer (needed to reinstall Windows 10 to correct this) -The built-in webcam was dead (needed to return it to the manufacturer for repairs) -The computer overheated and plastic on the machine melted (from poor cooling fan and what seems to be too compact of a design for its hardware, also needed to return to the manufacturer for repairs) It's not to say that all of these types of laptops will give you an experience like mine, but I have never had this many problems with a laptop that kept me from being able to actually use it.

GARBAGE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dont buy this laptop! I had one 6 months and the screen is now useless - the "white screen of death". You can't take the battery out to reset it. You have to ship it away. Only God knows how long it will be gone. Probably months. Save yourself the hassle and buy something else. I will not buy another ASSUS product. I've only had HPs and Dells in the past. SHould have stuck with them. My first experience with ASSUS and I'm very very disappointed.

Bad network card and bad ssd
